Work Setup: ONSITE
Educational Background:
- K12 Graduate / 2nd year college completed and up – with at least solid 6 months CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate - at least solid 2 years of CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
- Local CCE will not be considered
Salary:
Php 21,000 - Php 25,000 basic salary (will vary based on comms, exam score and tenure)
Perks and Incentives:
* Up to Php 7,000 per month if balanced scorecard objectives are met/exceeded
* Monthly account spiff and incentive (RDOT incentive, Inbound incentive), depending on the need of the client and account
